Mark explains, "Things that everyone needs to look at in cycling: What is my current condition? How do I feel? What's my health and fitness standpoint? Can I consider cycling? Is cycling something I can do? Check with your doctor. Most cases, yes, they're going to recommend cycling as a great way to exercise, but please check with your doctor before doing so.
"Cycling can be invaluable. It's something that we see folks from all walks of life, all ages, continuing to do, and we would highly recommend cycling at all ages if possible. You're able to do so many different things - you're working on your balance, which helps your reaction time. You're continuing to help your neurons as you're balancing your bike. You're moving your pedals. You're moving the bike left to right. You're stimulating a lot of things within the body, mentally, physically, and emotionally - it's an asset all the way around."
