When big bandleader Skinnay Ennis joined the army during WWII in 1943, he fronted the Camp Santa Anita OTC Orchestra, a service band, and here they perform Cole Porter's classic "Night And Day". Taken from an original 16" radio broadcast transcription disc from the 1940s in my personal collection. This took over 8 hours of my personal time to clean the disc, transfer it and digitally restore the audio, including taking out many of the clicks, pops and scratches individually one-at-a-time. © 2016 by Bob Conrad.
