Another triathlon training day. Today's triathlon training day consists of a hard 3 hour trainer session and then recovering as best I can. A long workout but a simple day. I like to think of these sessions putting me one big step closer to achieving my dreams and goals. For those of you on Zwift, the workout I did today is under Hunter's Challenge- week 3, day 6 and titled LONG day. It's one of the tougher workouts on Zwift, so make sure you already have some decent fitness before attempting.
