Cut 8 chicken drumsticks
Season with salt and black pepper on both sides
Turn the heat on medium high
Add olive oil and butter to the pan
Fry the chicken 5-6 minutes for each side until golden brown
Add 240ml (1 cup) white wine
Cover and cook for 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking
240ml (1 cup) cooking cream
1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. curry powder
Mix well
Add the cream mixture to the chicken
Cook for 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking
