I have managed to find the most amazing and CHEAP soft, and fluffy souffle pancakes here in Seoul, South Korea! I found 19Tea on Instagram (link just below) and they are right near Gangnam Station. Be sure to look of the location before you go, as Seoul streets can be quite confusing, I recommend Naver Maps, it's in English now too! 19Tea has three different types of pancakes: plain, green tea and tiramisu; and a bunch of different delicious looking teas. I have not been able to stop thinking about going back to this place since I went there, I'm genuinely still in shock at how cheap it was and how tasty it all was.
