Rwanda’s State Minister for East African Affairs, Olivier Nduhungirehe has accused Uganda of harbouring dissidents intent on destabilizing Rwanda. Nduhungirehe made the allegations in Zanzibar while speaking to NTV on the souring relations between Uganda and Rwanda. This was after Rwanda imposed restrictions on the movement of goods and people from Uganda into its territory.
