I always thought the Zonai Stakes were kind of neat, but a bit underutilized. Here's a trick that improves some utilization.

Fuse a Stake to your Arrow, and fire the arrow.
Go up to the Stake, and stand on it.
Use Recall on the Stake, and now you're traversing through the sky based on your arrow's flight path!

This trick could be useful for getting on high-ground to see what's nearby, or even transferring objects like Shrine Stones and Koroks!
