Caleb and Hanna sit together on the roof of the school. He asks why she is upset, and Hanna says that her mom thinks that she sent the picture. Caleb doesn't believe it, but Hanna points out that only four people know the truth, and suggests that they run away to California. Hanna is startled by a noise behind them, but Caleb says it is just the plastic sheets moving in the wind and that no one ever comes up there. He says he wants to help her by tracing the IP address of the person who sent the photo. Hanna wants to him to forget about that and asks him to just hold her. Then, they kiss.
