Moong, Chana,Tur ,Masoor all 1/4 cup each

Chicken/Mutton Without bone or with Bone as per your choice 1/2 kg
Ginger Garlic
salt
lemon juice
coriander leaves
Onions
powder Masala
Tomatoes
Potatoes (optional)

Haleem powder
coriander ,cumin, dry red chillies, Hing, garam Masala roast and make powder
