Watch as a certified personal trainer with the City of Lakewood demonstrates exercises at the Carmody Park Outdoor Fitness Zone in partnership with Centura Health. This intermediate workout includes: air walker, box step-ups, inverted row, assisted push-ups and incline leg raises.

Focus on your cardiovascular fitness, resistance training, and core/ab work, all in one convenient outdoor area, located on the south side of Carmody Recreation Center, 2200 S. Kipling St., Lakewood, CO 80227. Some of the equipment is wheelchair accessible.
