📍 Sweet Potato Noodles, Glass noodles, Japchae 잡채

🧂 Ingredients ▪️For two servings▪️

🔸 Sweet potato starch noodles ▶ The nearest Korean mart
🔸 Beef(Pork or Anytype)
🔸 Oyster mushroom or Anytype
🔸 bell peppers(Yellow, Red)
🔸 Garlic
🔸 Spinach
🔸 Onion
🔸 1/4 Cup. Soy sauce
🔸 1 Sp Organic Sugar(White or Brown)
🔸 2~3 Sp. Sesame oil
🔸 Ground black pepper
🔸 Sesame seed

📌Directions

1️⃣ Boil the water and prepare the Sweet potato starch noodles and spinach to soak in hot water.
2️⃣ Marinate beef.
3️⃣ Cut the vegetables and Rince the oyster mushrooms and split it.
4️⃣ Stir the beef and put all vegetables into the pan when the beef color has changed.
5️⃣ Put the glass noodles and spinach after 1~2min.
6️⃣ Finally, add a quarter cup of soy sauce and 1 spoon of sugar, 2 or 3 spoons of sesame oil.
7️⃣ Enjoy it!
