What the heck is a shoulder capsule?

It sure does.

He is a paper-thin sheath that surrounds the entire ball-and-socket joint, keeping the bones relatively connected.

The most common spot that he gets adhesion is at the inferior (or lowest) spot either because:

1️⃣ We do a lot of overhead work or lifting - putting excessive tension on it.

2️⃣ We barely move the arm from its home resting by our side and it gets crimped. With a lack of oxygen and blood flow, adhesion gets laid down.
