Allyson Currin's "Return to Latin" is commissioned and developed by Theatre J’s Locally Grown Initiative, the comedy takes place the night before the annual reunion of The Latin Academy for Young Women in small town North Carolina and doesn’t shy away from the small humiliations embedded in women’s journeys as they age and the very real fear that, in middle age, a woman’s “chance” might have passed her by. Part of the Women’s Voices Theater Festival.
