A dog named Henry with a 46 pound tumor on his belly was abandoned on a California beach last month, according to animal officers. It made walking difficult for this deserted doggie. Animal Control Officer, Valerie Schomberg, believes this is a case of neglect and its owner just dumped their dog. She's now made it her mission help the golden retriever get better. She got Henry $500 in grant money for his bills at the vet. After surgery the dog is much happier and healthier weighing 78 pounds. #InsideEdition
