📒White Pizza Recipe With Garlic Sautéed Spinach & Ricotta Cheese📒
Wondering how to make spinach pizza? In this video from Food Talks, you will learn an easy spinach pizza recipe, topped also with ricotta cheese and mozzarella. This creamy spinach pizza is cooked in our Roccbox pizza oven, but you could also achieve great results in a regular home oven.


Instructions for conventional oven:
Preheat a pizza stone/steel for 30-40 minutes at the max temperature your oven can reach. Then cook the thin crust spinach pizza on the pizza stone for about 5 minutes, or until the dough is cooked and has a nice brown color, and the ricotta and mozzarella cheese is melted.

Semolina (Caputo Rimacinata Semolina Flour 1 kg Bag - [ Ссылка ])
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp olive oil (for frying spinach)
2 handfuls baby spinach, washed and stems removed
Salt & Pepper
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Ricotta cheese
Olive oil (for drizzle)
