Vltava or "The Moldau" is one of the best pieces of Czech composer Bedřich Smetana from a set of six symphonic poems named "My Country" of "My Homelad". It was composed in 1870's when Smetana was completely deaf and it maps the journey of national Czech river Vltava from spring to confluence with Labe.
