Ingredients:
Catla is also known as the major South Asian carp. (can use any type of fish) - 250 gms
Coconut oil - 1tbsp for seasoning and 2 tsp for finishing touch.
Mustard - ½ tsp
Ginger - ½ inch
Garlic - 8nos (small pods)
Shallots - 8 to 12 nos
Chili powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Coriander - ½ tsp
Dried chilies - 4nos
Green chili - 4 nos
Curry leaves - 2 strands
