How to mod the language of the game:
Download Taiwan DH and English DH. Get them here:

Use 7zip to open the English DH APK and brows into assets/configs/ and extract the en_us.mo language file and rename it to fp_tw.mo.
Now open the Taiwan DH APK and brows to assets/configs/ and delete the fp_tw.mo file.
Then add the renamed English language file fp_tw.mo to the Taiwan DH APK assets/configs/
Copy the modified Taiwan DH APK to your phone or emulator and sign it using:

Install LuckyPatcher on your emulator or rooted phone
