◆In Sakai, the home of Japanese knives, where Yasuki steel is the main material, this gem is forged by a young blacksmith, Satoshi Nakagawa, who is descended from Shiraki cutlery, which excelled at forging stainless steel, and then finished by a master craftsman, Shotaro Nomura (traditional artisan), who performs the traditional Kido finish sharpening.
