Ingredients:
50 ml Pandan Leaves Juice
200 ml Plain Water
26g Gelatin Powder
80g Sugar
150ml Full Cream Milk
500ml Coconut Milk
Cooked Red Bean ( Optional)
Step 1
Bloom gelatin ( Pandan leaves + water) set aside for 10 mins.
Step 2
Melt the gelatin mixture by boiling over medium heat. Cook until gelatin mixture dissolved.
Step 3
Add in Sugar, milk & lastly coconut.
Step 4
Pour into container/ mould & chill in fridge for 3 hours.
