📫 Subway Bread (Honey oat bread / Parmesan oregano bread)
It's been a long time since I uploaded a new recipe video.
A lot of things have happened in the past 9 months.
I got a my first baby😆 and my circumstances have changed a lot, so uploading a new recipe video after such a long time is very touching and gives me new emotions.
* This recipe is made with the intention of ‘Let’s have fun making homemade Subway sandwiches at home!’ I got to make it. haha.
When I was an exchange student in Japan, I worked part-time at Subway for about half a year.
Based on that experience, I made a video that included everything from how to make a sandwich to how to wrap it.
It's been a long time since I worked there, so there might be differences in details compared to the current style.
Try making a sandwich using this method!
(In fact, Subway stores bake bread, but I remember they only received the dough and baked it at the store. ^^)
** First of all, this recipe only consists of honey oat bread and parmesan oregano bread.
From what I found out, these two are actually made using the same dough, and only the toppings are different.
So, I tried to make this recipe as similar in taste and appearance to Subway bread as possible I remember.

Bake in 180℃ / 356℉ preheated oven for about 14~17 mins
🎵 Ingredients | footlong size(30cm) 3ea
▷ water 230g
▷ milk 30g
▷ honey 30g
▷ instant dry yeast 7g(2tsp)
▷ sugar 10g
▷ salt 8g(1+1/2tsp)
▷ oil 15g
▷ bread flour 290g
▷ whole wheat flour 100g
** Q: I don’t have whole wheat. Can I make ‘white bread’ without whole wheat?
A: Yes! After replacing whole wheat with bread flour, try making it by reducing the amount of water by about 15g. **
✨ Toppings (You need as much as you can put toppings on the bread)
▷ oats
▷ parmesan cheese powder
▷ oregano flakes
