Tibetan singing bowls ringing. Sound is allowed to completely dissipate before the next ring starts. This is great as a meditation aid. If you find your thoughts start showing up during meditation, refocus on the sound and relax. Also recommended to start with 5-10 minute sessions and increase from there. If you are an advanced meditator, this video will hopefully get you through a longer meditation session as well.
