The Free State Education Dept. responds to alleged tender corruption involving Shanduka, a company in which President Cyril Ramaphosa had shares in. It’s alleged that in 2015, Ramaphosa supposedly “persuaded” the Department to give Shanduka a contract to build schools in the province.
