SUSHI RICE
Ingredients
2 cups of sushi rice
2 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup white rice vinegar
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS (you can fill the sushi with whatever you desire)
4 sheets nori (seaweed)
3 imitation crab legs (thinly sliced)
10 large shrimp (sliced)
1/2 avocado (sliced)
1/2 mango (thinly sliced)
1/2 cucumber (thinly sliced)
DIPPING FOR SUSHI (optional)
wasabi
pickled ginger
soy sauce
