Diane Kaufman, MD is a board certified pediatrician and psychiatrist. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey - New Jersey Medical School, and provides psychiatric assessment and treatment for children and adolescents at University Behavioral Care. She is a poet and expressive arts educational facilitator. She is a guiding leader of Creative Arts Healthcare - The University Hospital. In recognition of her arts in medicine contributions, Dr. Kaufman was awarded the 2011 Lester Z. Lieberman Humanism in Healthcare Award.
Jodi Rabinowitz, MA is a registered drama therapist and psychotherapist. She graduated from NYU's drama therapy program and has worked in diverse settings such as inpatient acute care units, hospice, and outpatient clinics. Trained in trauma-centered psychotherapy, she has worked as a mental health clinician at the Post Traumatic Stress Center in New Haven, CT. Her research interests include: trauma and the body, vicarious traumatization, and sexual abuse.
