Another situation where gym has halted this exercises. It is so hard to use a bench that hits my shoulder blade every time I do a rep.
Regardless, I’m finally back at 30kg per arm as I was when I left the gym.
Hopefully when I go back, the bench coupled with better dumbbells will allow me to progress here properly again.
