We are joined again by Ashley Smith, a mental health advocate and author, who lives with schizophrenia. She also works as a Peer Support Specialist, and in this interview we chat about what that entails, and how peer support is a valuable part of mental health care delivery. We also discuss some of the coping skills she tries to build with the people she works with.
