Y’all all know how dairy wrecks me! Actually, I think it wrecks everyone in some way or another haha is it like a universal thing that people can’t eat ice cream without feeling sick?? And why?? It’s too good to NOT eat, so I just embrace it. BUT... after my Impossible Burger Drive-Thru Challenge and my Food Sensitivity Test videos… I started getting DMs with some of y'all suggesting alternatives for dairy! So of course I had to make a video reviewing them.

Because let’s be honest… you might be able to replicate a burger or a taco with veggie sources, but... ICE CREAM? Irreplaceable! I tried MULTIPLE dairy products, from ice cream to butter and from various yogurts to milks, and gave my honest opinion on how they tasted!

No hate on people who regularly eat these foods, I support healthy eating whole heartedly! While some are ok tasting, others fall far short... I think I'd rather prefer to enjoy the taste of the real thing, and just take LactAid with it! Watch to the end to see which of these dairy substitute foods were the best!
