The Florida Keys have officially reopened to visitors, and the tarpon bite is going off in Islamorada! Jonathan and Kaylee booked a trip with me last minute as I had a cancellation... he wanted a big tarpon and luckily for him it was perfect timing! Fishing has been on fire with tarpon season in full swing and not much pressure on them since the area has been closed to visitors. We got out early and started the day off right bagging a big tarpon which Jonathan got to jump in with for a picture! We then got some live bait and headed to the brides and proceeded to catch three more, including more whacky bridge maneuvers and some good jumping action out of these aerial acrobats!
