• INGREDIENTS:
Eggs 4
powder sugar 1/2 cup
flour 1/2 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
condensed milk 1 can
whip cream 1 cup
milk 1 cup
chocolate 300g
cream 100 g
• METHOD
separate egg white and egg yolk . in a bowl add egg white. beat until stiff peaks . add sugar gradually mix well . add egg yolk one by one mix well . add baking powder in flour mix well . add flour mix gradually . fold with light hand . pour mixture into 8 inches round pan .
• bake at 180 °C for 12 to 15 mins .
cool for 20 mins then remove the pan.
in a bowl add whip cream , milk and condensed milk mix well . pour the mix in sponge . refrigerate for 3-4 hours .
• in a bowl add 100g cream and 200g chocolate chunks melt in double boiler or oven. coat the sponge well.
• decorate with chocolate shavings .
