Important note: If you want to play this build pre-kalandra amulet, you need to use a warped timepiece of at least 18% and remove the Atziri's Reign jewel to put in a mageband impossible escape and take all the reduced effect duration. You ideally want 58% reduced skill effect duration if you want to use Atziri's Reign later.
