One of the most common questions I get from the exhausted and burnt out person is this.
What is the best diet for adrenal fatigue?
I like to answer by asking a better question: What are the essential nutrients for adrenal fatigue?
Here is my answer:
1. Fluid balance is essential:
Take how much you weigh in pounds, divide by 2 = the ounces you require each day. In good quality, ideally filtered or distilled.
If you drink coffee, for each 8oz you have add another 32oz. Yup...another 32.
2. Optimal B vitamins.
Easier said than done because most B vitamins on the market are synthetic. The essential B vitamins for the adrenals are B6, B2, PABA, and B5. In their fully N-chain, naturally occurring form.
