Right after Kerala floods, National Capital Region has been stranded in traffic jams due to heavy rainfall. The incessant rain and thunderstorms in Delhi and nearby areas caused water logging in various places, disrupting the traffic towards the busy Delhi-Jaipur-Mumbai highway. Heavy rainfall in Gurgaon led to flooded roads and traffic jams throwing morning schedule into disarray. The jam packed roads in Gurgaon were forced the commuters to turn back home due to the water logging.
