Today's bodyweight workout will focus on HIIT jump rope intervals and lower body bodyweight exercises.
Today's workout:
-30 seconds - jump rope - fast skip
-30 seconds - sumo squats
-30 seconds - jump rope - mummy kicks
-30 seconds - squat hold
-30 seconds - jump rope - feet front to back
-30 seconds - jump squats
-30 seconds - jump rope - fast / slow
-30 seconds - front lunges
**10 sec rest between each exercise
**Rest 1 min between circuits
**Complete 5 circuits total
