Coffee Slice Cake Recipe Ingredients:
For cake:
instant coffee 1 & 1/2 tbsp
warm water 2 tbsp
milk 1/2 cup
vinegar or lemon juice 1tbsp
sugar 1/2 cup
cooking oil 1/3 cup
flour (maida) 1 & 1/2 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
warm water 1/2 cup
*** baking tray size 20cm
*** oven baking time : preheated oven 170c & bake for 30-35 minutes
for butter icing:
instant coffee 1 and 1/2 tbsp
warm water 1tbsp
unsalted butter (room temperature) 180g
