Shoutout to Brandon Carter for this one. Get in a plank position. Make sure your elbows are under your shoulders. Make sure your back is straight. Make the outside of your hips touch the floor while still in plank position. Then bring your hips slightly above the original plank position and make the opposite side of your hips touch the floor while maintaining your position. Repeat this process going back and forth. It’s like your butt is painting a semi-circle in the sky.
