RED VELVET CAKE (GLUTEN-FREE )

Ingredients

(All ingredients should be at room temperature)

* Doves Farm GF Self Raising flour- 220g
* Cocoa powder- 2 tbsp
* Xanthan gum - 1/4 tsp
* Salt- 1/2 tsp
* Buttermilk - 3 tbsp
* Unsalted butter- 270g
* Caster sugar - 250g
* Eggs - 4
* Vanilla flavouring - 1 tsp
* Red food gel - 1 1/2 tsp
* Baking soda - 3/4 tsp
* Cider vinegar- 2 tsp

For buttermilks
* Milk - 250ml
* Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

For frosting
* Unsalted butter - 125g
* Cream cheese- 200g
* Icing sugar - 600g
