The cursed sword Miasma is one of the best weapons in #fearandhunger however it is also one of the most dangerous and using it has the chance to ruin your entire run or playthrough. Miasma is based off of the Soul Edge weapon from the SoulCalibur series both in its design and the fact it is an evil sentient sword seeking chaos and bloodshed.

The possessed blade is located in the starting basement area of the game behind a locked door, but getting the key is no easy task. In order to unlock the door, you will need to defeat the deadly Crow Mauler enemy. He can be found once you enter the Mines area and he will stalk your party through the next portion of the game.
