If Teaser on the Reformer is starting to feel more possible and you want to add another challenge in your #Reformer practice, then try these different variations on the Reformer. They will take what you already know and challenge your stability, balance, coordination, and strength. If you've got the Up and Down, Arm Circles, and Leg Circles down without too much instability, then adding in Shave and a twist will be up your alley. Plus, who doesn't want to do another rep of the Teaser on the Reformer? Just kidding, I know the answer to that, but still, you should challenge yourself.
