These 10 Min. are really kicking in and give your booty and glutes a great feeling before you do a Booty Workout or Leg Workout.
You can do this as a Pre or Post-Booty Workout to warm your glutes up or to give them the last burn after a hard booty day.
This workout focuses on:
• warming up your glutes
• mastering a mind-muscle connection
• slow and controlled booty exercises
• growing your booty not your thighs
