I was going through a dry spell last week when it came to my breastmilk, but I wasn't going to give up that easily! After doing some research I decided I would take it upon myself to find a solution! and believe it or not I somehow managed to QUADRUPLE my milk supply every time I pump! it has been amazing being able to resolve this all on my own and it really wasn't that hard! I hope my journey can inspire you to try and do the same!
