I actually found this trophy to be more annoying than the complete upgrade for the silver trophy for some reason.

Step 1:
Clear the targets in the middle so you have access to the round red target to the right of the left ramp.

Step 2:
Hit the red target to open the passage to the playfield on the upper left. At first it doesn't look like it but this is actually the hardest part of this trophy. If you hit the target right in the center the ball will go down the left outlane almost every single time. Your goal is to hit the target on its right side so the ball won't bounce to the left.

Step 3:
Hit the sinkhole between the left ramp and the left orbit which is now accessable.

Step 4:
Once on the mini playfield use the R1 and L1 buttons to tilt the playfield and maneuver the ball into one of the holes. It has to be a hole you haven't already sinked a ball into.

Step 5: Repeat Steps 1-4 until all twelve holes on the upper left playfield are lit.
