Overhead Mobility - Lacrosse Ball Lat and Teres Major Active Mobilization
- Stand at wall with trunk to 45 degree angle
- Place firm ball on back of shoulder, just inside of shoulder blade on lat soft tissue
- Lean into ball gently, and while moving up and down with body slowly raise arm into elevation 10 times
- repeat on both sides. Can also be done with ball on various spots around shoulder that are stiff
