Ingredients Dahi (Yogurt) Chutney:
Yogurt ½ kg
Black Salt ¼ Tsp
Salt ½ Tsp
Cumin Seeds (roasted & crushed) 1 Tbs
Green Chili 4 pcs
Garlic Clove 2 pcs
Mint Leaves 15-20 pcs
Method:
Grind these ingredients Black Salt, Salt , Cumin Seeds (roasted & crushed) , Green Chili, Garlic Clove & Mint Leaves and make paste and mix well with yogurt.
Ingredients Hari (Green) Chutney:
Mint Leaves 1 Cup
Coriander Leaves 1 Cup
Green Chili 7-8
Garlic Clove 2 Pcs
Lemon Juice 1 Tbs
Tamarind Pulp 1/2 Cup
Salt as taste
Method:
Grind well all these ingredients and make chutney.
