Egg Kheema Masala Recipe:
Egg- 2 nos
Oil- 2 tbsp
Coriender powder-1 tsp
Onion -1 no
Tomato (finely chopped) - 2 no
Ginger garlic paste -2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Salt To taste
Water- little
Chicken masala Powder - 4 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves
Cooking Instructions:
1. Hard boil 2eggs, peel and grate the eggs.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and allow then
to slightly pop.
3. Add the onions, tomatoes and ginger garlic crushed saute it until tomatoes smashed well
4. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and cook for 3 minutes
5. Add the grated egg. Mix and add water.
6. Cook until everything comes together. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
7. Remove from the heat and serve hot with Chapati/
Roti.
