A great way to break into tech companies is to get your foot in the door with a customer support role!

This role is great for entry-level candidates and builds a great foundation for a lot of different roles within a tech company including; product management, customer success, implementations, and marketing.

I personally found it so hard to make my way into a tech company, which is why I wanted to make this video. Since I have worked in tech, I have seen many people get their start with customer support, so if you're interested in working for a tech company but you don't know how to break in, consider starting with a couple years in customer support!
