Days after the video of BJP MLA aide Pravesh Shukla urinating on a tribal man identified as Dashmat Rawat went viral, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan met the victim at his residence in Bhopal. "I am very sad, I want to express how sorry I am," he told the victim, a daily wage worker from Sidhi district.
