3-tbsp Dhanya/coriander seeds
2-tbsp fennel seeds
2-tbsp cumin seeds
bay leaf, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon & javitri/nutmeg flower
2-tsp kasmiri lal mirch powder
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1-tsp redchilli powder
1-tsp white pepper
1-tsp salt
lemon juice
~~marinate for 30-min
3-tbsp vegetable oil
cinnamon, cloves & bay leaf
1-onion
curry leaves & green chillies
chopped garlic
cardamom powder
1/2-tsp turmeric powder
1.5-ltr water
700-g basmati rice soaked in water for 30min
1-dry lemon
2-tsp salt
30-min simmer
4-tbsp oil (which was used for frying chicken)
2-onion
2-tbsp ginger & garlic powder
1/2-tsp turmeric powder & 2tsp redchillli powder
4-tomato puree
1-tsp salt
5-min simmer
2-tomato paste
soya bhaji/Dill leaves & coriander leaves
1-ltr water
10-min simmer
green chillies
2-min simmer
dill leaves / soya bhaji
