BellydanceBURN AILEY EXTENSION Sample combo of class!

Modifications and Tips:
1. Anything that travels can be done in place
2. The Pivot turn was turned into a 3 step spin during class. Try
both and choose!
3. Traveling body undulations & step-cross hip lift added at the end
of the combo, try adding this when ready!
4. REPEAT A FEW TIMES #sweatsexy HAVE FUN!!!
Move 1: SHOULDER SHIMMY | [ Ссылка ]
Move 2: HIP SHIMMY | [ Ссылка ] | [ Ссылка ]
Move 3: Ball Change Step or BackStep | Simply Right Foot steps back with crossing behind your left foot. Step weight back on left and then right foot steps side. Repeat to other side.
Move 4: Snake Arms | [ Ссылка ]
Move 5: Hip Bump | Choose a hip and press weigh inside of hip and bump the hip pressing through the floor and energy out the hip!
Move 6: Pivot Turn | Step forward right or left, then simply rotate body or pivot to the back, then step the exact same foot forward and pivot back to the front.
Move 7: Basic Hip Drops |
Move 8: WindMill Arms | Stand sideways and move the arms as if they were the hands of a clock but try to keep them evenly spaced. Straight arms! Move from the shoulder socket. Look with your head to the side with hand towards thigh.
