02:28 Unlock the anemo elemental monument
03:00 Defeat all enemies
03:17 Thaw the third shard
03:32 Unlock the first shard
03:58 Unlock the second shard
04:22 Unlock the third shard

NOTE: You can thaw then unlock all shards at the same time by unlocking them after thaw.
